Premium 3m Upstand / Abutment Flashings with Plastisol Coating

Our 3-metre Upstand Flashings (also called abutment or internal angle flashings) are precision-formed from galvanised steel and finished with a hard-wearing PVC plastisol coating. They create a neat, weathertight detail where a roof meets a wall — for example at lean-to roofs, extensions, parapets, and other roof-to-wall junctions.

Unlike barge or verge flashings (which trim the outer edge of a roof), an upstand / abutment flashing is folded so the coated face sits in the internal 90° angle, sealing the junction between the roof sheet and the vertical wall line.

Each length is folded to a 90° internal angle with around 10–15° of flex for easier on-site fitting. A safety welt along each edge improves rigidity and makes handling safer during installation.

Compatible with 13/3 corrugated, 32/1000 box profile, and 34/1000 box profile roofing sheets. For the best weatherproof seal at the wall, pair with suitable sealant / mastic and, where needed, foam fillers.

Please note: Nominal size is 200mm x 200mm. Actual cover is approximately 195mm x 195mm once the safety welt is accounted for. A clear protective film is applied during manufacture — remove after installation, or before prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture.
